This weekend, our village is celebrating the diverse marine life of the Isle of Man.
One of the main attraction is the marine life mega tanks. Local divers fill these sea water tanks with marine creatures. A chance for the public to see how rich the life is in our seas and how fascinating her inhabitants are.
Rock pooling is one of our favourite activity and our son wants to be a marine biologist when he grows up. So our family volunteered to talk to the public over the weekend, allowing everyone to get up close and personal with these formidable aliens from the sea.
We are grateful for the Manx Wildlife Trust for organising such an incredible event that involves biologists, divers, students and more. This is the perfect break for us, as we just finished drawing the map of the Hawaiian Islands...!
